I've seen flash movies on Newgrounds that depicts videos, but never have I've seen one with such clarity and fucking baby ass smooth frame, I get no choppy sounds, or jerky animation. How the fuck did you do this? Is there some kind of compression setting you used or some external 3rd party software that allowed you to make this smooth animation?

This could actually go somewhere. Since you are going to make spoofs of I Love Eggs, I think you should focus more on morphing capability. Have the egg-haters turn into slaughtering weapons or something sinister.

For example, have an egg-hater morph into Jason from Friday 13th, or Pinhead from Hellraiser.
